Creation of a recreational area in Olopte and improvement of access paving and utilities

Summary

The contract covers construction of a public recreational area in the village of Olopte and improvements to the paving and utility services serving its access routes. The works include earthworks, paving, utility networks, drainage, walls, street furniture and landscaping, creating an accessible public space integrated with its surroundings. The contract is not divided into lots and is expected to take 5 months, or 100 working days. The estimated value is EUR 193,505.23 excluding VAT, and the tender budget limit is EUR 234,141.33 including VAT. Tenderers must demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 360,000 and comparable works experience: in the highest-execution year within the last five years, comparable works must amount to at least EUR 135,453.66. A site visit before submitting the bid is mandatory, and the certificate issued by the municipality must be included. The bid must also include the required responsible declaration and an assessable technical description of the proposed work organisation and schedule. Evaluation awards up to 40 points for price, 5 for extending the warranty, 20 for undertaking to supply and install all 17 specified concrete benches at no extra cost, 5 for a logistics plan to reduce CO2 emissions, and 30 for the technical organisation, team, resources and works schedule. The successful tenderer must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the awarded price excluding VAT. The works warranty is one year, with an extension of up to two years available for evaluation.
