Hitachi storage equipment maintenance service

Summary

The Social Security IT Management Office is procuring maintenance for Hitachi information-storage hardware and its associated software, together with licensing, support and updates. The equipment is located at two sites in the Madrid region and includes HCP, HNAS, VPS/VSP storage systems and Brocade G720 network equipment. Service periods vary by asset, beginning in March or December 2027 and ending by March 2029; two VPS-F700 units are covered only through September 2027. The scope also includes Hitachi’s CIMaaS support service for the specified infrastructure.
