Operational and administrative support for the Studies Directorate of the Centre for Legal Studies

Summary

The tender is for operational, administrative and monitoring support for the Studies Directorate of Spain’s Centre for Legal Studies. The work includes entering, processing and analysing data; assisting participants, lecturers and partner organisations; preparing and managing documents; providing logistical and basic technical support for in-person, online and hybrid training and institutional events; supporting the processing of expense accounts and other financial files; and monitoring and reporting on the service. Online training support includes managing Moodle courses and participants. The contract lasts 24 months, with a possible extension of up to 36 months. The service will generally be delivered in Madrid on weekdays, for 40 hours per week within the 8:00–19:00 time window. The provider must supply a full-time team of at least 14 suitably qualified staff and cover the cost of the equipment and other resources needed for the work. Bids must be submitted electronically. Price is worth up to 51 points, and other automatically assessed bid enhancements are worth up to 49 points.
