Subscription to a self-learning platform for EJIE. The platform must offer a wide range of IT technology and management training content in the form of courses, webinars and workshops, and enable personalized measurement, development, practical application and assessment of skills, with regularly updated materials. User roles include administrator, responsible person and student; the platform must provide progress tracking, certificate issuance, user support and a help channel for questions and answers. In addition, the platform should have interactive resources (videos, simulations, exercises and projects), forums or chat channels, and administration and monitoring dashboards. The contract term for licenses is 24 months; the maximum number of licenses is 350 users per year (up to 700 licenses over the contract); start will occur upon contract signing; license count will be adjusted every 12 months according to EJIE needs and the pricing and scope are defined in the tender."
