Comprehensive maintenance of Salamanca cultural buildings and facilities

The Salamanca City of Culture and Knowledge Foundation is procuring comprehensive predictive, preventive, statutory and corrective maintenance for six cultural buildings: Teatro Liceo, CAEM, Domus Artium 2002, the Santo Domingo de la Cruz exhibition hall, San Blas Auditorium and Torre de los Anaya. The service also covers specified courtyards and outdoor areas, including upkeep of the Arroyo de Santo Domingo development, excluding green areas.
