Summary

The tender covers the transport and moving, assembly and disassembly of furniture and other items at the Spanish Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports’ premises in the Madrid region. It also includes taking unusable or obsolete furniture and items to a waste collection facility, with the personnel, vehicles, tools and protective materials needed for the work. Regular services are provided on weekdays from 08:00 to 15:00 and require four specialist movers, one driver and a 10–20 m³ van on a permanent basis. Extraordinary requests must be fulfilled within no more than three calendar days and may be performed until 21:00. The expected contract term is one year from 1 April 2027, or from the day after signature if later; the contract may be extended for a total term of up to two years. The budget is €334,612 including VAT. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €497,769.92, provide evidence of similar work from the last three years, including at least three certificates, and be registered in the transport undertakings register. The bid must document the required staff, vehicles and equipment and account for the ECO- or ZERO-labelled vehicle condition, required permits and insurance. Price is worth up to 60 points; response time for extraordinary requests and two additional years of ordinary-service staff experience are also evaluated.
