Supplies and services for organizing events in Gandia

Summary

The City of Gandia is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for supplies and services needed to organize cultural, sporting and festive municipal events. It covers three categories: event organization and technical equipment (including stages, lighting, sound and video equipment, furniture, tents, exhibition and fair infrastructure, and protocol services), portable toilets, and security services. Requirements and delivery or performance periods will be specified for each individual contract, and businesses admitted to the relevant category will be invited to submit bids. The system runs for an initial year and may be extended for up to four additional years, for a maximum total of five years.
