Establishment of a dynamic procurement system for merchandising and promotional material for EMASA

Summary

EMASA is establishing a dynamic procurement system (SDA) for the supply of merchandising and promotional materials. The contract baseline is 25,000 euros (excluding VAT) for one year with up to three one-year extensions, and an estimated total value of 120,000 euros. The SDA is conducted as a restricted procedure within the SDA framework. The expediente 24-452 was approved by the Delegate on 24 October 2024. On 18 March 2025 Katacrack Shirts S.L. submitted documentation meeting the required solvency, and on 23 April 2025 the bidder’s documentation was reviewed as compliant with the PCAP. The Contracting and Purchasing Committee has approved adhesion for Katacrack Shirts S.L. to the SDA, and subsequently the Committee’s proposal was approved by the Delegate on 28 April 2025.
