Moianès dynamic procurement system for transport services

Summary

The Moianès Council and Moianès Consortium are implementing a five-year dynamic procurement system (SDA) for the provision of various passenger transport services. The SDA is regulated by LCSP Articles 223–226 and aims to rationalize procurement, increase transparency and competition, and improve service quality. It defines six vehicle categories (1–6) according to capacity. The estimated contract value is 2,161,104.32 EUR excluding VAT for five years, with no extension. The process will be published on the Generalitat de Catalunya's Procurement Platform. It consists of two phases: admission (30 days) to join the SDA and derivative-contract bidding when services are required. Admitted bidders will be invited to participate in derivative tenders, and contracts will be awarded according to the tender criteria published with each invitation.
