SDA consulting and IT/OT maintenance

Summary

This tender concerns consulting, development and maintenance services for TI/TO systems under a Dynamic Purchasing System (SDA) with a maximum budget of 4,000,000 euros over four years. The SDA covers three categories: TI/TO consultancy, TI/TO development, and TI/TO maintenance and technical support. Proposals will be evaluated on price (up to 100 points) and technical/suitability criteria (up to 60 points). Bidders must demonstrate financial and economic solvency (best three-year turnover of at least 300,000 euros per year; liquidity and solvency ratios >1), technical solvency (at least three contracts of a similar nature in the last three years with a value of at least 75,000 euros; staff with relevant experience; ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications; ENS at least MEDIUM or commitment to obtain by 31 August 2024), and provide documentation described in the adhesion process (declarations, proof of turnover, list of major services, etc.). Adhésion to the SDA will be conducted electronically via ARIBA, with documentation required in accordance with Annex II and the adhesion timeline.
