Summary

This tender concerns EU-wide declarations on exclusion grounds and company information. The bidder must complete or reuse the European Single Declaration (Wirt-124 EU) and, if applicable, provide separate declarations for consortium members with company identification and size information and any required attachments. If possible, reuse an already submitted EU self-declaration provided it remains up to date. The contracting authority may require additional documents following submission.
