Raising the cybersecurity level of IT and OT systems in the technical area of the Lysomice municipal services company

Summary

The tender covers the supply of equipment and software required for cybersecurity solutions, together with their installation, configuration, integration and hardening in IT and OT environments. The IT scope includes, among other things, enterprise-grade server infrastructure, a backup server with disks and configuration, a next-generation firewall, managed network switches, access points, UPS devices, security software, EDR/DLP, VPN and log management or SIEM solutions. The OT scope includes a branch-office router, configuration and hardening of IT, OT, ICS and IIoT systems, IT/OT traffic segmentation, integration with central monitoring and technical assistance during implementation. Hardware probes and sensors for OT monitoring are excluded from the procurement. The tender deadline is 18 September 2026 at 00:00, and the contract must be completed by 30 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically, and the procedural documents must be in Polish. Tenders will be evaluated on price, worth 60 points, and the quality warranty period, worth 40 points. A warranty period below 36 months receives no points, while a warranty of at least 60 months receives the maximum score for that criterion.
