Supply, installation and maintenance of a monoplanar angiography system

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of a new ceiling-mounted monoplanar angiography system for Nardini Klinikum GmbH. The package includes radiation-protection accessories, 2D, 3D, cardiac and oncology software, IT integration, training for users and medical-technology staff, a warranty of at least 24 months, and maintenance and repair for eight years after acceptance. Building works and dismantling the existing equipment are outside the scope. The system must support diagnostic and interventional vascular procedures, interventional radiology and oncology including embolisation, as well as coronary angiography and coronary interventions. Mandatory minimum specifications include at least 8 motorised movement axes, a generator rated at least 100 kW, a detector with an active diagonal of at least 45 cm, a patient table with a load capacity of at least 250 kg, and longitudinal coverage of at least 180 cm without repositioning the patient. 2D and 3D imaging, cone-beam CT, CT and MRI fusion, DICOM functions, radiation-dose management and integration with the hospital’s existing systems are also required. The bid must include technical and qualification evidence and the completed minimum-requirements and award-criteria forms. The bidder must demonstrate average annual turnover of at least EUR 2 million over the last three financial years, provide three comparable hospital installation references from the last five years, and submit the required insurance and quality-management evidence. Price accounts for 70% and technical performance for 30% of the evaluation; unsupported technical claims receive zero points. The minimum service level requires German-language support, qualified remote diagnosis to begin within 4 hours, and on-site restoration after a critical failure within 48 hours on working days. The bid deadline is 30 October 2026 at 23:59; the planned project start is 15 January 2027, and the system must be ready for acceptance by 30 April 2027.
