Gas supply to Saarlouis district properties from 2027 to 2028

Summary

The contract covers the supply of natural gas to the Saarlouis district’s buildings and other listed delivery points from 1 January 2027 at 06:00 to 1 January 2028 at 06:00. All delivery points are procured together. The estimated total consumption for 2027 is approximately 3,939,673 kWh, but this is not a binding volume. The supplier must meet gas demand through the public network and arrange network use, collection of metering data and billing. The bid must state the energy-only price, which will be adjusted according to the exchange index change specified in the tender documents. Network, metering and billing charges, as well as applicable taxes and other levies, are payable in addition. Price is the sole stated award criterion. Bidders must submit a suitability self-declaration and the required bid forms and declarations, including declarations concerning Russia-related sanctions and Saarland pay and minimum-wage requirements. Alternative bids and proposed changes are not permitted.
