Flushing the Hermann Hesse Railway drainage system

Summary

Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft mbH is procuring the flushing and cleaning of the existing drainage system along the Weil der Stadt–Calw section of the Hermann Hesse Railway, including site setup and clearance. The works cover 4,730 metres of drainage pipes with diameters up to 300 mm, a camera inspection, deformation measurements over 4,730 metres, 25 leak tests, five waste analyses and the removal and disposal of an estimated 15 tonnes of non-hazardous flushing waste. The works are planned during a continuous railway closure from 15 May 2027 at 04:00 to 24 May 2027 at 04:00.
