Lostau livestock facility – Lot 1: Demolition works

Summary

The procurement covers complete demolition of a cattle barn, a calf barn and two ancillary buildings at Külzauer Weg 4 in Lostau. The works include site clearance; removal and disposal or recovery of hazardous materials, masonry, reinforced concrete, fittings and waste; demolition of foundations and underground structures; and approximately 2,587 m³ of backfilling and site grading. Quantities are approximate and include around 136 tonnes of asbestos-containing fibre-cement sheets, 1,000 tonnes of masonry and 6,574 tonnes of reinforced concrete.
