The City of Cologne is procuring overarching construction logistics for the 13-month general refurbishment of the main Wallraf-Richartz Museum building in Cologne. The contract covers project planning and coordination, site access and delivery scheduling, logistics staff, site fencing and traffic signage, waste management, temporary utility networks, power and lighting, containers, winter heating, street cleaning and winter services. The project is a public building with four basement levels and six above-ground floors; the logistics scope is not divided into lots.
