The contract covers civil engineering and landscaping works for the outdoor areas of the new combined swimming pool in Maintal. The works include demolition of existing paving and structures; earthworks and excavations; paths and paved areas; kerbs and retaining walls; sewerage, drainage, stormwater storage and treatment systems; fences and gates; handrails and barriers; seating areas; outdoor showers; a children's pool with water-play features; landscaping and planting; and establishment and maintenance of plants and lawns.
