Supply of Friedrichstadt-type LED streetlights

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of 110 decorative Friedrichstadt-type LED streetlights for the renewal of Berlin’s public street lighting and replacement of irreparable fixtures. The lights must be suitable for mounting on straight poles at an approximate height of 5.5 m and meet the construction, electrical and lighting requirements in the technical specification. Key requirements include protection class II, at least IP65 protection, IK7 impact resistance, system power of no more than 50 W, luminous flux of 4,550 lm, a colour temperature of 3,000 K, and a warranty for at least 10 years of trouble-free operation or 40,000 operating hours. The bid must include the required certificates, declarations of conformity, test and product data, lighting calculation and completed bid forms. A sample luminaire must be provided within 7 days if requested by the contracting authority. Bids are scored using the formula: score = luminaire price in euros + connection power in watts × 5. The contract is awarded to the bid with the lowest score; if scores are equal, the lower-priced bid wins. The full quantity must be delivered by 31 January 2027; the documents specify a delivery period of 8–21 January 2027. The bid must be submitted in German electronically through the Berlin procurement platform.
