SIEM maintenance and licences for four years

Summary

RWTH Aachen University is procuring Elastic Enterprise Subscription licences and software maintenance and support for its existing Elastic Stack SIEM and SOAR environment for four years. Ten licences are to be supplied each year, and software including Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats and Elastic Agent will be made available for download. The contract covers software fault resolution, user support, and advice on operating and updating the software and analysing security logs; the system currently processes approximately 20,000–30,000 log events per second.
