Framework Agreement for Geospatial Open-Source Solutions

Summary

The procurement covers consulting, development and maintenance services for open-source software used in geographic information systems and related infrastructure. The eight-lot framework agreement covers deegree.pro or gDI Stack, MapServer and deegree Community, GeoServer, LDProxy, XPlanBox, Masterportal, QGIS and Civitas Core. The framework agreement lasts four years, with an option for the contracting authority to terminate after three years. One framework partner will be selected for each lot, and bidders may tender for all eight lots. Bidders must account for lot-specific experience requirements and German-language delivery. Offers are evaluated on price (40%) and quality (60%).
