Earthworks at Adolf-Clarenbach School

Summary

Neusser Bau und Immobilienmanagement GmbH, on behalf of the City of Neuss, is procuring earthworks and infrastructure works at Adolf-Clarenbach School. The works include removal of approximately 200 m of sewer, approximately 250 m² of shoring, approximately 470 m of drainage pipes with around 25 manholes, 182 infiltration crates, one grease separator and approximately 250 m of ducting with around three sewer access shafts. They also include site clearance, excavation, storage, disposal and backfilling; approximately 300 m of foundation drainage and slab works; approximately 425 m of earthing; further shoring and excavation; temporary access protection; and approximately 2,350 m² of gravel sub-base.
