Structural engineering and building physics for the Eberstadt energy centre

Summary

ENTEGA AG is procuring structural engineering and building physics services for a new energy centre building near the wastewater treatment plant in Eberstadt. The approximately 930 m² building will house a heat pump installation using wastewater heat for the district heating network. The scope covers the basic services for HOAI phases 2–6, commissioned in stages: phases 2–4 initially, with phases 5 and 6 as possible subsequent stages, as well as optional special services.
