The City of Lübeck is procuring carpentry, timber construction and façade works for a new primary school, a single-court sports hall and a five-group daycare centre. The overall project comprises a three-form-entry primary school with approximately 6,400 m² of gross floor area on a site of approximately 5,700 m². The four-storey school is designed as a timber-concrete hybrid building, with prefabricated timber-frame exterior walls and predominantly timber-clad façades, partly finished in ceramic.
