Technical building services design for refurbishment and renovation

Summary

The tender concerns technical building services design for the refurbishment and renovation of a former hotel at Oldesloer Straße 166 in Hamburg. The building will be adapted for public-law accommodation for approximately 220–221 people, including families, single occupants, administration and accessible rooms.
