Conversion of the Old Weaving Mill into a Creative Campus – Lot 17: Building Automation

Summary

The City of Finsterwalde is procuring building automation works for Lot 17 of the conversion of the Old Weaving Mill into a Creative Campus. The works cover automation for heating, cooling and ventilation, including controllers, sensors, actuators, control cabinets, cabling, system integration and commissioning, as well as extensions to the existing building management system. Maintenance services during the four-year warranty period and for one additional year are also included as requested-price items.
