Procurement of waste collection vehicles

Summary

The procurement is for two waste collection vehicles for residual and organic waste. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers two chassis, while Lot 2 covers the compactor bodies and automatic loaders fitted to them. Bidders may submit offers by lot, and each offer must comply with the detailed technical specification for the relevant lot. Among other requirements, the chassis must have a 6 × 2 configuration, a Euro 6 diesel engine, a gross vehicle weight of at least 26,000 kg and a payload of at least 9,500 kg. The body must have a capacity of approximately 21–23 m³, and the loader must handle standard waste containers ranging from 60 to 1,100 litres. Alternative offers are not permitted. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 24:00. The delivery period is 4 January to 30 December 2027. Bidders must submit a reliability declaration, information on economic capacity, and completed price and technical documents. A 36-month chassis warranty is required; the body and loader must have a warranty of at least 36 months and include two inspections per year during the warranty period. Payment terms are a 2% discount for payment within 14 days or payment within 30 days without deduction.
