The tender concerns painting and finishing works for Lot 4 on the ground floor of House 1. The scope includes priming of wall surfaces (110 m2) and priming of steel beams clad with gypsum boards (45 m2); reinforcement of wall surfaces (110 m2) and reinforcement of steel beams clad with gypsum boards (45 m2); and coating of wall surfaces with white KS-Dispersion NAK2 for GK drywall, with first coats on 137 m2, 45 m2 and a final topcoat on 235 m2.
