The procurement aims to establish a framework agreement that enables authorities and institutions named in the contract to access products via the Kaufhaus des Bundes electronic ordering platform. The contractor must provide catalog data electronically in a standardized format (XML in BMEcat 1.2 or via an OCI interface) and ensure products are well structured with a unique article number, short and long descriptions, an eCl@ss number, order unit, packaging unit, quantity per order unit, price (net), and sustainability marks where applicable. For configurable products a so‑called dummy product may be uploaded to the catalog. Catalog data may also be provided in a predefined spreadsheet and sent to the contact email within 14 calendar days after award. In addition, images for products (at least 600x600 pixels, JPEG) must be supplied. The tender contains a contact section for the bidder to provide the necessary details.
