The procurement covers high- and low-voltage electrical works at the House of Music at Marienplatz 2 in Bochum, which is being converted into a music school. The contractor must supply, install, connect and commission electrical installations and communications and information systems, including distribution equipment, cables and cable routes, lighting, emergency and escape-route lighting, building alarm and fire-detection systems, an intruder alarm, the data network, electro-acoustic equipment, and connections for doors, the garage door, smoke extraction and solar shading. The works also include design and installation drawings, testing, documentation, handover and pricing maintenance for the specified systems.
