Energy renovation of Building AB - TGA planning services (Electrical systems)

Summary

The tender concerns ELT planning services for the energy renovation of Building AB. The contractor shall perform ELT planning across the required HOAI Phases 1–9, starting from initial task clarification and data collection to conceptual and detailed design, and preparation of final construction documents in coordination with other disciplines. The aim is to improve energy efficiency and integrate technical systems (ventilation, electrical distribution, safety and communications systems) while ensuring continued operation during the works, in accordance with HOAI and DIN 276.
