Heating system refurbishment at Remscheid Eschbachtal outdoor pool

Summary

The City of Remscheid is procuring heating-system refurbishment works for the Eschbachtal outdoor swimming pool. The works cover the swimming-pool entrance building, kitchen, apartment, and technical/changing building, including air-to-water heat pumps, domestic hot-water equipment, heating pipework, radiators and underfloor or core-activated heating, insulation, and fire stopping. Commissioning and maintenance for years 1–4 are also included; heating the swimming pools themselves is excluded.
