Main Contractor Monitoring for the Zwickau-Marienthal Prison Construction Project

Summary

The Free State of Saxony is procuring control services for the main contractor carrying out construction of the joint prison in Zwickau-Marienthal, which is planned to accommodate 820 inmates. The services cover familiarisation with the project and monitoring the contractor’s work, quality, deadlines, costs, invoices, documentation and commissioning during construction. They include monthly progress reports, tracking defects, and recommendations for handover and acceptance.
