Framework agreement for vehicle fueling, charging and related services using fuel cards

Summary

BwFuhrparkService GmbH is procuring a framework agreement for fuel cards used to supply its fleet of approximately 42,000 vehicles in Germany and elsewhere in Europe. The cards will cover conventional and alternative fuels, electric-vehicle charging, vehicle operating and auxiliary supplies, tolls, vehicle-related services and, outside Lithuania, workshop services at manufacturers’ facilities in Europe. The estimated card stock comprises approximately 42,000 vehicle-specific cards, 6,000 vehicle-independent cards and 1,300 neutral cards, with an estimated annual replacement need of 8,000–10,000 cards.
