Renewal of specialized software for the determination procedure under the law on severely disabled persons

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of licenses and the introduction, configuration and maintenance of a standard software for the determination procedure under the SGB IX for determining rights of severely disabled persons, including the assignment of markers and the issuance of Schwerbehindertenausweis IDs, to be used by the Landesamt für Soziales, Jugend und Gesundheit Sachsen-Anhalt. The supplier will carry out the initial setup with the hosting provider, data migration, planning and execution of tests, system deployment, and issue resolution during the start-up phase, as well as software maintenance including a help-line, updates and adaptations to current legal provisions and new operating system versions, with coordinated development based on institutional governance by the using authorities.
