Framework agreement for bodywork and painting repairs to police service vehicles

Summary

The tender covers bodywork and painting repairs after road accidents or other damage to approximately 200 police service vehicles in Mönchengladbach. A framework agreement will be concluded initially for four years, with two possible one-year extensions; the maximum duration is six years and the agreement will end no later than 31 December 2032. The estimated total volume is approximately EUR 750,000, but there is no guarantee of orders. The bidder must be located within 20 km of the contracting authority, start repairs within two working days, store vehicles in a locked theft-protected hall and arrange their transport. At least one master vehicle body and vehicle construction technician, an inspected workshop, sufficient insurance, resources and comparable experience are required.
