Structural works for the operating theatre expansion

Summary

Kath. Kliniken im Märkischen Kreis is procuring the structural and associated construction works for the expansion of the operating theatre department at St. Elisabeth Hospital in Iserlohn. The works cover site setup and demolition, earthworks, drainage, reinforced concrete and masonry, core drilling and openings, and buried air ducts. The expansion provides two additional operating theatres with ancillary rooms; the separate new functional block and inpatient building are outside this contract. The planned construction period is six months, from December 2026 to May 2027.
