University of Cologne – Maintenance and Service for the Telecommunications System

Summary

This tender concerns the maintenance and service contract for the University of Cologne's telecommunications system. The supplier will maintain OpenScape Voice (Mitel Unify) and OpenScape 4000 Mitel Unify systems with software assurance, and provide a framework agreement for services, materials and spare parts deliveries for 12 months, with an option to extend for three additional 12-month periods, applicable to all UzK buildings.
