Metalwork for construction phase 1 at Adam-Kraft-Straße 2

Summary

The City of Nuremberg is procuring metalwork for the first construction phase of the general renovation of the listed St. Johannis Primary School at Adam-Kraft-Straße 2. The works include a two-flight staircase with steel balustrades and oak handrails by the gym, a grating staircase and landing with guardrails in the heating plant, and the associated structural calculations, workshop and installation drawings, scaffolding, and as-built documentation. The works are scheduled for 15–26 February 2027; the procurement is not divided into lots.
