Temporary staffing for container application operations
Summary
The tender concerns the temporary provision of two IT specialists for container application operations at the Baden-Württemberg tax administration's data-processing centre. The work includes application administration on OpenShift, deployments using Argo CD and Puppet, maintenance of CI/CD processes, monitoring, incident and problem resolution, release and patch management, and technical documentation. The procurement is divided into two lots, and tenders may be submitted for one or both lots. Each contract lasts 12 months and may be extended by 6 months. The minimum volume is 500 hours for Lot 1 and 250 hours for Lot 2; the estimated volumes including the extension option are 2,607 and 1,304 hours respectively. Specific technical experience is also evaluated, and an interview takes place before award.
