Framework Agreement for the Supply of Bulk Materials 2027

Summary

The procurement is for a 2027 framework agreement to supply sand, bulk materials and construction materials to mags, the municipal services organisation in Mönchengladbach. It is divided into three lots: playground sand; aggregates, gravel, topsoil, bark mulch and planting substrate; and cement, concrete mixes, paving bricks, kerbs, paving slabs and jointing materials. Bids may cover multiple lots. Quantities are estimates and actual demand may vary; the annual maximum for each item is twice the quantity stated. The contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027. After each call-off, goods must be delivered to the place of use within no more than three working days. Playground sand deliveries are restricted to vehicles of up to 20 tonnes, and each delivery may be no larger than 7 m³. Bidders must quote unit prices and state the source of playground sand; if it is not from the named quarry, a sample must be submitted with the offer. Proof of quality approval for sand and gravel used at playgrounds must accompany every delivery. Alternative offers are permitted if equivalent product properties are demonstrated. Offers must be submitted electronically in text form by 3 November 2026 at 09:00.
