Tender detail

LiDAR sensor package

Summary

The tender concerns a UAV-based bathymetric LiDAR sensor package including a GNSS/IMU unit, RGB camera, required hardware and software, adapters, documentation, delivery, integration with a DJI Matrice 400, commissioning, training, and at least 12 months of support and maintenance. The UAV itself is not included in the supply. The system must support simultaneous topographic and bathymetric surveying of land, shoreline and shallow-water areas and the detection and classification of submerged vegetation, including seagrass. Mandatory technical requirements include, among other things, a pulse rate of at least 70 kHz, a scan frequency of at least 50 Hz, an average point density of at least 100 points/m² at 75 m altitude and 5 m/s flight speed, an RGB camera of at least 5 MP, at least ten echoes, an IMU measurement frequency of at least 300 Hz, and GNSS position uncertainty of no more than 3 cm. The software must support trajectory calculation, processing of raw and RGB data, refraction correction, classification, quality control, LAS/LAZ export, and script- or batch-based processing. Delivery and full commissioning must be completed no later than six weeks after the order. The deadline stated in the tender documents is 8 October 2026 at 12:00; the estimated value is EUR 260,000. Price carries 30 points, scientific and technical quality and data value 45 points, and implementation reliability, service and operational sustainability 25 points.
