Procurement of vehicles for training and continuing education for ForstBW

Summary

ForstBW is procuring seven new M1-category minibuses in two lots for training and continuing education: Lot 1 comprises six 9-seat vehicles with combustion engines, and Lot 2 comprises one 8-seat fully electric vehicle. Vehicles must be delivered to an address specified by the contracting authority by 30 June 2027. Bids may cover one or both lots. Price is the sole award criterion for Lot 1; for Lot 2, price accounts for 75% and technical performance for 25%. Technical scoring includes, among other factors, load-space length (at least 500 mm), permitted gross train weight (at least 5,300 kg), payload (at least 700 kg) and driving range (at least 300 km). Offers must be submitted in German through the Baden-Württemberg procurement portal by 3 November 2026; submissions by post or in person are not accepted. The bidder must provide the required declarations and evidence, including information on its total workforce and VAT status. Each bidder may submit only one main offer, and alternative offers are not permitted.
