Joinery works for the refurbishment of the Stengelstraße office and administrative building

Summary

GIU mbH & Co. Flächenmanagement Saarbrücken KG is procuring joinery works for the renovation and refurbishment of the office building at Stengelstraße 10–12 in Saarbrücken. The works include interior doors and fittings, door stops, approximately 870 metres of interior window sills, an automatic sliding entrance door with annual maintenance, WC partitions for both buildings, and a seven-panel mobile partition wall. The works are to be carried out in two stages, with door frames installed first and door leaves fitted later; the contract is not divided into lots.
