Architectural services, roof renovation at Building F14

Summary

The tender concerns architectural services for the energy renovation of the approximately 3,597 m² green flat roof of Building F14 at the Dieburg campus. The assignment covers execution planning, preparation and assistance with tendering, construction supervision and documentation, with close coordination with the heritage protection authority. Initial planning for service phases 1–2 is to be completed by December 2026, and construction is planned for summer 2027/2028 while the building remains in operation. A weekly documented construction meeting is mandatory. The estimated net construction cost is EUR 1,800,000. The tenderer must submit three references from 2020 onwards, including specific flat-roof renovation, renovation, heritage-protected building and public-client experience. The references must achieve at least 24 points in total. The tender is assessed on the experience of the project manager and deputy for service phases 1–3 and 5–9, and on the fee offer. Experience and price are weighted 30%, 30% and 40% respectively. The offer deadline is 6 October 2026 at 11:00. Multiple main offers and alternative offers are not permitted. The tenderer must submit the required reference declarations, suitability form and other tender documents, comply with wage and minimum-pay obligations, provide the Russia-sanctions declaration when requested, and maintain professional liability insurance for the entire contract period.
