Postal services for municipalities in Lower Saxony

Summary

KWL mbH is procuring postal services for municipalities and municipal institutions in Lower Saxony for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The estimated annual volumes are approximately 7,250,000 conventional mail items, 170,000 electronic service-of-process orders (ePZA), 1,500 hybrid service-of-process orders and 330,000 hybrid letters. The procurement is divided into 26 regional lots and five specialist lots.
