Structural engineering for the energy-efficient renovation of a secondary school gymnasium

Summary

The Municipality of Reken is procuring structural engineering services for the energy-efficient renovation of the Hohe Mark secondary school sports hall and its associated extensions. The work covers the 1964 gymnasium and the 2008 equipment-room extension, as well as the design of a new heating and plant-room extension to the west and a storage and equipment-room extension to the east. The contract includes design phases 1–6 and two special services, including structural engineering inspections during construction. The planned total construction budget is approximately EUR 1.998 million excluding VAT.
