Open-house rebate agreements for biologic medicines 2026 – 29 Rituximab (finished medicinal products only)
Summary
TK intends to conclude rebate agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient rituximab, finished medicinal products only. The open-house procedure uses uniform contractual terms for all parties and grants no partner exclusivity. The contract term is up to 24 months from 1 December 2026 and ends no later than 30 November 2028.
