Specialist Measurement Vehicle

Summary

The contract is for the supply of one specialist vehicle equipped for measurement work (GW-Mess) for the Saale-Holzland District Office for Civil Protection. The vehicle must be fully built and delivered without equipment supplied separately by the contracting authority, in accordance with Thuringia’s technical guidance for measurement vehicles and the specified DIN standards. The supplier must also provide theoretical and practical training on the vehicle and its additional equipment for the designated users. The vehicle must be handed over at the manufacturer’s factory by 1 December 2027, with a full fuel tank and no more than 200 km on the odometer. The tender must include the required technical details and declarations, manuals and handover documents. Bidders must confirm comparable experience from the last three years and, if shortlisted, provide three references; no minimum turnover amount is set. Tenders must be submitted in German electronically by 08:45 on 5 November 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, and variant tenders are not allowed. A 15% evaluation bonus applies to workshops for people with disabilities, and such a workshop’s tender is preferred in the event of an equal economic result.
