Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive modernisation and energy-efficiency improvement of three apartment buildings at Naunynstrasse 39, 40 and 41 in Berlin. The buildings were constructed in the 1870s and contain 46 apartments with approximately 3,500 square metres of residential floor area; commercial areas are excluded from the works. The general planning service covers the renovation of roofs, facades and windows, works inside apartments, bathrooms, heating, ventilation, sanitary and electrical systems, basements and stairwells. The planned start is 16 November 2026 and the completion date is 31 December 2033; the detailed phased schedule is set out in the contract annexes.
